WHAT IS McGILL MENTAL HEALTH HUB?
At McGill Mental Health Hub, our mission is to connect our community to support and information surrounding mental well-being. By empowering you to maintain your mental well-being as well as support those around you, we hope that no students feel alone or lost when dealing with their well-being.
Continued consultations with mental health professionals and McGill students as well as mental health research have guided the development of this website. We believe that mental well-being is an important component to student life, and hope that this accessible Canadian-based resource can journey with you to better mental health.
The McGill Mental Health Hub team consists of practitioners and educators from Mental Health Service, Health Promotion, researchers within Student Services, and student representatives from Students` Society of McGill University(SSMU), Post-Graduate Sudents' Society McGill University(PGSS), and Macdonald Campus, located at McGill University. This website is made possible thanks to the generous support of the Bell Let's Talk initiative.
